Customer Display Asks for a Registration Code

If your Customer Display is asking for a registration code, there are some simple steps you can follow:
- Go to the main Menu.
- Select "Settings."
- Once there, select "Device Management."
- On the Device Management page, find the "Customer Display" box and click on "Settings."
*Make sure you select the one for the register you are trying to fix. The register number will be displayed on the upper right corer of your screen, under the store name.

- Clicking on "Settings" will open a drop-down menu. Select "Generate Code"

- This will create a code which you can copy and then paste in the Customer Display screen Registration Code field. To do this, using the mouse, drag the cursor beyond the edge of the screen until you see it on the second display.

- Once the code is pasted, click on "Register."
This should bring your Customer Display back on. Of course, if run into any problems, just let us know:
