UberEats Integration

Getting Started

Sign up at  Uber Eats.  Follow their process to sign up, any questions should be asked to Uber Eats.

If you have an account representative from Uber Eats, send them the email below ( click here  to generate the email) and CC integrations@transformity.tech. If you do not have an account representative, email merchants@uber.com and CC integrations@transformity.tech Make sure to send us the FTP location as soon as you receive it so we can complete your integration.

We use Transformity (Drinks POS) and want to build a direct integration using them and UberEats. Transformity uses an SFTP integration which requires a UUID. Please provide us with the UUID using which we can routinely (nightly) upload CSV files with the inventory and pricing for items in the stores. Are you able to provide the setup credentials? Make sure to send us the FTP location as soon as you receive it so we can complete your integration.

Alternately, the UUID is also available on your Ubereats profile.

Once you are logged in, look at the address bar on your web browser. It will follow this format: https://restaurant.uberinternal.com/manager/home/t24ecff8-q2p6-55f0-y4e9-7525d782e2pl - You will see your UUID in the address bar, after home/. Once you get the UUID paste it in this format and pass it to a transformity engineer - {"sftp": {}, "external_id": "UUID"}
