If you are not yet ready to subscribe to our Delivery Integration add-on, but you want to use delivery apps like Doordash, InstaCart, UberEats, or others, here we will show you how to do it.

This article assumes you have already created a Sales Channel for the Delivery App in question. If you have not done that yet, please 

When you sign up for a Delivery App, you will be asked for a list of items you want to display on their site. To create this, you have to go to the main menu and click on "Settings."

Once you are on the settings page, you will find a different menu on the left. Click on "Export"

This will take you to a new screen. Here, please use the dropdown menu to the right "Select export type" to select the items you want to export.

Selecting the type of export, in this case, "All item data," will make a new drop down appear:

Here you will select the sales channel you want to export, based on the Delivery app to which you will be sending your data.

Now that you are ready and have made your selections, you can click "Export"

A .csv file will download into your default destination (usually your downloads folder). You can upload this to your delivery app account.

Please note that each delivery app may have different requirements. Make sure to work with the to set up your account with them.

Exporting Product Data For Delivery Apps (no add-on)

. Price Levels are managed & shared across your cohort or group of stores. They simply let you decide different prices on items. There is a markup field that can be used as a fallback for any item that does not have a price set for that item.

A single price level can be used across various sales channels. An example is if you want all your integrations such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. to have the same markup to be consistent, you point each sales channel to the same price level. If you want them to be different, you can create separate price levels.

DoorDash in the above photo is applying a 10% markup on top of the in-store price. Instacart in this case is NOT applying a markup and is instead using the overridden price for that price level.

We use Transformity (Drinks POS) and want to build a direct integration using them. They already have an integration using FTP credentials with other stores. Please provide us with an FTP location where we can routinely (nightly) upload CSV files with the inventory and pricing for items in the stores. Are you able to provide the setup credentials?

Make sure to send us the FTP location as soon as you receive it so we can complete your integration. 

UberEats Integration

Reach out to integrations@transformity.tech to kick start your Cityhive integration.

Email lig-onboarding@instacart.com asking to sign up. This is for both existing and new stores.

Once your account is setup, they will ask for a catalog, respond with the following message:

Instacart Integration

Reach out to Winesearcher to create an account.

At the same time, you can reach out to integrations@transformity.tech requesting Winesearcher integration. Winesearcher requires a store catalog available to be on a website. In the email, send us your store website as well along with the hosting provider (like Cityhive or Bottlecaps).

Once done, we will reply back with a feed url that can be given back to Winesearcher.
