Price Levels

Last updated April 10, 2025

Price Levels can be managed  here . Price Levels are managed & shared across your cohort or group of stores. They simply let you decide different prices on items. There is a markup field that can be used as a fallback for any item that does not have a price set for that item.

A single price level can be used across various sales channels. An example is if you want all your integrations such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. to have the same markup to be consistent, you point each sales channel to the same price level. If you want them to be different, you can create separate price levels.

Example

Price Levels

DoorDash in the above photo is applying a 10% markup on top of the in-store price. Instacart in this case is NOT applying a markup and is instead using the overridden price for that price level.
