Pre-Holiday Checklist

When a holiday approaches, it is extra important to make sure the store is ready and that you have all the necessary tools to succeed while using your Drinks POS.
Below is a checklist for you and/or your store managers:
- All of your registers are up and running with
- Drinks POS
- a functioning scanner
- a cash drawer
- a receipt printer
- a Stripe card reader
- Internet is properly connected
- computer connected to internet via an ethernet cable (not wifi)
- card readers connected to ethernet (not wifi) and charging
- Backup is available
- mobile app downloaded and tested for taking customers by each user (in case of an internet outage)
- POS backup is bookmarked ( https://pos.beta.transformity.tech/register/open/ )
- all devices and extra batteries (if available) are fully charged
- You have the tools to ask for support
- AnyDesk is downloaded on all your registers and you know where to find the code
- You and your teams have our support number saved (for calls and text): (917) 633-9543
- you know where the "contact us" chat bubble is on your sale screen (upper right corner, left of store name)
