Pre-Holiday Checklist

When a holiday approaches, it is extra important to make sure the store is ready and that you have all the necessary tools to succeed while using your Drinks POS.

Below is a checklist for you and/or your store managers:

  • All of your registers are up and running with
  • Drinks POS
  • a functioning scanner
  • a cash drawer
  • a receipt printer
  • a Stripe card reader
  • Internet is properly connected
  • computer connected to internet via an ethernet cable (not wifi)
  • card readers connected to ethernet (not wifi) and charging
  • Backup is available
  • You have the tools to ask for support
  • AnyDesk is downloaded on all your registers and you know where to find the code
  • You and your teams have our support number saved (for calls and text): (917) 633-9543
  • you know where the "contact us" chat bubble is on your sale screen (upper right corner, left of store name)
  • you have bookmarked our Help Center:  https://help.transformity.tech/
