Merge Departments

Merging Departments is very simple. Just go to Main Menu >> Settings >> Departments. Once there, click on the "Merge Departments" button (upper right area of section).

This will open a popup window that has tow drop downs. Use the first one to select the department you want to merge into another one. Use the second one to select the department into which you want to merge the first one. After you made your selection, click "Save." For instance, if you have "Wines" and "Total Wines," selecting "Wines" in the first dropdown and "Total Wines" in the second, will merge them and leave "Total Wines" as the new and only department. All the items in the "Wines" department will now be in the "Total Wines" department.
