Creating a tag
Go to the menu on the upper left corner of your screen and select "Settings."

Once there, you will see a second stationary menu to the left, please select "Item Tags."

The new screen will display any created tags (you can also find a tag using the search bar to make sure it does not already exist). And when you are ready to create a new tag, simply use the "Create Tag" blue button.
A small pop-up will open and you can type your tag in it:

Let's say you want to a create a tag for "Weekly Inventory Count Item," you would type that in, and click "Add."

Now your tag will appear with all the others. However, imagine you actually wanted it to me "Monthly" instead of "Weekly," you can edit your tag by clicking on it.

And your tag is ready to use!
Tagging Items
Now that your tag has been created, you can start tagging items.
Let's say you want to select a few specific products that you would like count every month. You would start by doing a search, for instance, you want to count all your Brut wines once a month.
You would start by clicking the search icon on the upper left corner,
then typing "Brut" on the search bar that appears on the following page, and clicking "Search."
A list of all your Brut wines will appear.
To tag them as a group, just click on the checkbox on the upper left corner of the list, deselect any wines you want to exclude, go to the "Actions" dropdown menu, and select "Bulk Edit."
A new pop-up will open and you can use the dropdown menu to seelct "Add Tags."
This will open the next menu within the pop-up that will allow you to search for your tag just by typing teh first few letter of its name:
Your tag will be added to the menu (note that you can add more than one tag) and then you jjust have to click "Save."
Every item selected is now tagged.
You can repeat this action with any item or group of items you would like to tag.
Printing a CSV of your tagged items
To print a CSV of your tagged items, just go to the search items page (by using the magnifying glass icon on the upper left corner) and instead of typing anything on the search bar, simply select "More Filters."
More options will display. Just type/find your tag on the "All tags" field.
Click "Search" and all your tagged items will be displayed. Now go back to the "Actions" dropdown, and select "Export."

A CSV will be immediately downloaded to your device and you can open and print it from there.
And of course, let us know if you have any questions!
