Common Issues
Payment Terminal is Stuck in 'Processing'
- Attempt to restart the device by pressing and holding the power button on the right side of the payment terminal:

To confirm the reader’s Ethernet connectivity, verify that the reader is charging and check if the Ethernet icon is visible in the status bar.
If you are using Wi-fi (not recommended) Please look for a similar symbol to this:

If you do not see the ethernet icon, please ensure that the ethernet cable is plugged in (on both ends). One end should be in the wall or switch that provides ethernet connectivity. The other end should be going into the provided hub. Ensure that the hub is also plugged in on both ends. One end should be receiving power from an outlet, and the other end should do into the dock of the Stripe terminal:
Payment Terminal is not linked to the correct register
If you moved/switched a terminal, it may not be linked to the correct register. Please contact support to get this resolved, we are working on a way to make this self-service.
For All Other Issues:
Attempt to restart the device by holding down the power button. If that doesn't fix your issue. Users can also try to unplug the the power source from the outlet.
Contact support right away if your issue wasn't listed above and are not able to take payments on the device.
