Drinks POS Help

We will need remote access to pull your data from the system. To do this, you will need to download a remote connection software.

You can click or type this link to download the AnyDesk software: 

Double click on the downloaded program to install. Once installed, search for Transformity and open the program matching below.

Once done, you will be presented with a code, please present it to our team. You should a screen like the below. You will need to do this for the server and for each register.

Customers coming from Spirits must have a supported Honeywell or Zebra Barcode Scanner. Others will not work.

Make sure Hide unnecessary options is unchecked.

Go to Items -> Items and you should see an export csv option. Click that

Only monthly sales history is possible for Bottle POS based on what we have access to.

Retail Key data exports will need to be done in two parts. Part 1 is a custom request from their support team and part 2 is self-service exports from your Retail Key dashboard.

Here is the information you should request from Retail Key support:

 - name, price, size, department, sub-category, deposits, tax, last cost, average cost, including case-breaking relationships

 - signed up customers with points balance (if you track points), phone numbers, emails

Here is the data you can provide yourself (without needing support):

: Sales by Item report -> select date range -> Export to CSV

: this file gives us alternative UPCs. Go to Product search -> Export to CSV

Retail Key

If you're coming from a system which is not a supported in the other articles, you can provide data files from your previous provider for a custom data loading setup.

You'll need to obtain CSV files for the information below:

• Item data - name, price, size, department, sub-category, bottle deposits, tax, last cost, average cost, including case-breaking relationships and item ID

• Alternative barcodes - all the UPCs for each item

• Vendor data - vendors + SKUs per item

• Sales history - transaction details with item IDs & quantities sold per transaction for sales history

• Gift cards - outstanding gift card balances and gift card barcodes

• Customers - signed up customers with points balance (if you track points), phone numbers, emails, names, address

• Promotions - export of promotions per item

Be sure to request a CSV export, not PDF or Excel. CSV files provide the cleanest data import process.
