    Export Items

    1. Go to Settings -> Utilities
    2. Make sure Hide unnecessary options is unchecked.
    3. Go to Items -> Items and you should see an export csv option. Click that
    4. rename to inventory.csv

    Export Sales History

    Only monthly sales history is possible for Bottle POS based on what we have access to.

    1. Reports
    2. Toggle Dropdown to Sales Report
    3. Ensure Filter stays on Item Sales
    4. Go through each month and click export
    1. Do not modify the name of the file.
    2. Expected format of filename: ItemSales-Range_ 07_01_2025 12_00 AM - 07_31_2025 11_59 PM.csv

    Folder Structure

    1. Store Name
    1. 2025-09-02 ------ (This is the Export Date. It is a folder)
    1. inventory.csv ----- (file)
    2. transaction ------ (folder)
    1. ItemSales-Range_ 07_01_2025 12_00 AM - 07_31_2025 11_59 PM.csv ------ (file)
    2. ItemSales-Range_ 08_01_2025 12_00 AM - 08_31_2025 11_59 PM.csv ------ (file)
